YOUR LEADERSHIP COACH, YOUR MENTOR, YOUR GUIDE

Hello, I’m Colletta Conner. I’m an Air Force veteran with over 30 years of experience. I have a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership & a Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching and Consultation. I’m also a proud Townsend Leadership Program Director.

My career path has not been straight and narrow! I served in the U.S. Air Force as a Medic and Health Promotion Director, working under exemplary leaders where my passion for leadership began. I have trained with Stephen Covey, Dr. Kenneth Cooper, and worked under the Surgeon General during the launch of a legendary health initiative across three branches of the military.  My medical retirement from the AF allowed me to reconnect with my deeply creative side and led me to a career in Architecture and Design. Many years later I am now a firm leader, a board member, mentor, and coach to many.

My heart for leadership and desire to continue my growth journey led me to John Townsend and The Townsend Institute, where I earned a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Executive Coaching & Consultation. Studying and implementing personal and professional change in a program aligned with my value system has changed my life. I learned to build a life team, engage in various types of coaching, have mentors, a professional cohort, and advisors whom I trust. My personal growth continues to be a focus and is enriched by other growth-minded humans at the top of their game, both professionally and personally.

My desire is to help build leadership from the ground up, like I experienced beginning in the Air Force. Every person is a leader right where they are, how they handle it is another story. My aim is to equip people with the tools and knowledge they need to be successful in building the key foundational elements to be successful no matter what they tackle.
